2006 Kansas Code - 40-467

      40-467.   Same; citation of act; applicability to workers compensation. (a) K.S.A. 2005 Supp. 40-461 through 40-467, and amendments thereto, shall be known as and may be cited as the structured settlement protection act.

      (b)   No provision of this act shall apply to any settlement of any claim for or award of workers compensation.
