2006 Kansas Code - 39-1207
39-1207. Eligible local community organizations defined. Eligible local community organizations shall be organizations which are nonprofit, charitable agencies, operating sheltered workshop programs and half-way house programs under private auspices and serving the mentally retarded or other handicapped without regard to race, religion, color, ancestry or national origin. Such organizations shall be licensed in accordance with the provisions of existing statutes.
