2006 Kansas Code - 39-1006

      39-1006.   Day care programs defined. Day care programs shall be those which provide day service for development in self-help, social, recreational, and work skills for mentally retarded and other handicapped persons, giving priority to providing services for the severely and young retarded or handicapped.
