2006 Kansas Code - 39-964

      39-964.   Procedures for and review and enforcement of administrative actions. (a) The provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act and the act for judicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions shall govern all administrative proceedings conducted pursuant to K.S.A. 39-945 through 39-963, and amendments thereto, except to the extent that the provisions of the above-named acts would conflict with the procedures set forth in the above-mentioned statutes.

      (b)   This section shall be a part of and supplemental to article 9 of chapter 39 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated.
