2006 Kansas Code - 39-7,110

      39-7,110.   Resident for general assistance motor vehicle must be registered in state. No individual shall be considered a resident for purposes of general assistance the cost of which is not shared by the federal government under article 7 of chapter 39 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated and acts amendatory of the provisions thereof and supplemental thereto if such individual owns an automobile or other motor vehicle which is not registered in this state but which is required by law to be registered in this state.
