38-16,120. Remedies supplemental not substitute. (a) The remedies provided in this code with respect to child support are in addition to and not in substitution for any other remedy.
(b) This section and K.S.A. 38-16,116, 38-16,117, 38-16,118 and 38-16,119 and amendments thereto shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansas juvenile justice code.
