2006 Kansas Code - 38-1668

      38-1668.   Duty of parents and others to aid in enforcement of court orders; failure, contempt. (a) A parent, guardian or person with whom a juvenile resides may be ordered by the court to report any probation violations or conditional release contract violations, aid in enforcing terms and conditions of probation or conditional release or other orders of the court or any of the above. Any person placed under an order to report any probation violations or conditional release contract violations, aid in enforcing terms and conditions of probation or conditional release or other orders of the court or any of the above who fails to do so may be proceeded against for indirect contempt of court as provided in K.S.A. 20-1204a et seq., and amendments thereto.

      (b)   This section shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansas juvenile justice code.
