2006 Kansas Code - 38-1654
38-1654. Degree of proof. In all proceedings on complaints alleging a respondent to be a juvenile offender the state must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the respondent committed the act or acts charged in the complaint or an included offense as defined in K.S.A. 21-3107(2) and amendments thereto.
