2006 Kansas Code - 38-1594

      38-1594.   Prohibiting detainment or placement of child in jail. (a) On and after January 1, 1991, no child under 18 years of age shall be detained or placed in any jail pursuant to the Kansas code for care of children.

      (b)   This section shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansas code for care of children.
