2006 Kansas Code - 38-1570

      38-1570.   Placement; testimony of certain children. (a) At any hearing under the Kansas code for care of children, the court, if requested by the child, shall hear the testimony of the child as to the desires of the child concerning the child's placement, if the child is over 14 years of age and of sound intellect.

      (b)   This section shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansas code for care of children.
