2006 Kansas Code - 38-1561

      38-1561.   Time for disposition. The order of disposition may be entered at the time of the adjudication, but shall be entered within 30 days following adjudication, unless delayed for good cause shown. In no case shall a permanency hearing be held later than 30 days following a determination that reintegration is not a viable alternative.
