2006 Kansas Code - 38-1551

      38-1551.   Time of trial and disclosure of witnesses. (a) All proceedings under this code shall be disposed of without unnecessary delay. Continuances may be granted for good cause shown.

      (b)   Upon request of any interested party, any other party shall disclose the names of all potential witnesses.
