2006 Kansas Code - 38-1545

      38-1545.   Discovery. Upon hearing and finding by the judge that discovery procedures, as described in K.S.A. 60-226 through 60-237, and amendments thereto, would expedite the proceedings, the judge may allow discovery subject to limitations prescribed by the judge.
