2006 Kansas Code - 38-1373

      38-1373.   Role of law enforcement. (UCCJEA 316). At the request of a prosecutor acting under K.S.A. 38-1372 and amendments thereto, a law enforcement officer may take any lawful action reasonably necessary to locate a child or a party and assist a prosecutor with responsibilities under K.S.A. 38-1372 and amendments thereto.
