2006 Kansas Code - 38-320

      38-320.   Definitions. As used in this act, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them herein:

      (a)   "Department" means the state department of social and rehabilitation services or any division thereof.

      (b)   "Secretary" means the secretary of the social and rehabilitation services or his designee.
