2006 Kansas Code - 32-950

      32-950.   Same; judicial review of actions against license. Any action of the secretary pursuant to K.S.A. 32-949 is subject to review in accordance with the act for judicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions upon the petitioner's filing, with the clerk of the reviewing court, a bond with two or more sufficient sureties, conditioned on the payment of all costs of the review if the decision of the secretary is sustained.
