2006 Kansas Code - 28-139

      28-139.   Same; statement of attendance of jurors and witnesses in criminal cases for which county is liable. Within ten days after the close of each term of a court of record, the clerk thereof shall return to the board of county commissioners a statement of the attendance of jurors at such term and their mileage as taken by him, together with a statement of the attendance and mileage of witnesses in all criminal cases, claimed, and for which the county is liable.
