25-4414. Electronic or electromechanical voting system fraud; penalty. Electronic or electromechanical voting system fraud is: (a) Being in unlawful or unauthorized possession of ballot cards, ballot labels or computer programs; or
(b) intentionally tampering with, altering, disarranging, defacing, impairing or destroying any electronic or electromechanical system or component part thereof, any ballot, ballot card or ballot label used by such systems.
Electronic or electromechanical voting system fraud is a severity level 10, nonperson felony.
