2006 Kansas Code - 25-4404

      25-4404.   Same; approval by secretary of state; statement required. The secretary of state shall examine and approve the kinds or makes of electronic or electromechanical voting systems, and no kind or make of such system shall be used at any election unless and until it received approval by the secretary of state and a statement thereof is filed in the office of the secretary of state.
