2006 Kansas Code - 25-1337
25-1337. Challenge of voters; procedure. In counties where voting machines are used, voters offering to vote may be challenged pursuant to K.S.A. 25-414, and amendments thereto. The person challenged shall be allowed to vote a provisional ballot only if such person subscribes the application for registration pursuant to K.S.A. 25-2309, and amendments thereto. Provisional votes in counties where voting machines are used shall be cast and the provisional ballots shall be reviewed and finally determined in the manner provided by K.S.A. 25-409, and amendments thereto.
