2006 Kansas Code - 25-1334
25-1334. Locking machine to allow voting only for party candidates at primary. At primaries for nominations by political parties, when the party affiliation of an elector has been ascertained by the judges, one (1) of the judges, without entering the enclosure of the machine, shall lock the machine by the device provided so the voter can vote only for the candidates of his party.
