2006 Kansas Code - 25-1332

      25-1332.   Location of voting machines. The exterior of each voting machine and every part of the voting place shall be in plain view of the election board. Each voting machine shall be placed at least three (3) feet from every wall and partition of the voting place and from any other voting machine, and at least four (4) feet from the table of the election board and other furniture.
