2006 Kansas Code - 25-1327
25-1327. Light; screen, hood or booth. Every voting machine shall be furnished with a proper light, if necessary, to enable the voters while voting to read the ballots. All voting machines used in any election shall be provided with a screen, hood or booth which shall conceal the voter and his action while voting.
