2006 Kansas Code - 25-1319

      25-1319.   Insertion of ballot labels and arranging equipment. The officer in charge of preparing the ballot upon a voting machine shall insert the ballot labels in the proper places and arrange the mechanical equipment so that only the lawful number of candidates can be voted for.
