2006 Kansas Code - 25-1313

      25-1313.   Voting machines required to be on certified approved list. The board of county commissioners shall, before purchasing, renting or leasing any voting machines, secure from the secretary of state a certified list of all approved machines, and shall not purchase, rent or lease any kind or make of voting machine that is not on the approved list.
