2006 Kansas Code - 25-1308

      25-1308.   Approval of machines by secretary of state required. The secretary of state shall examine and approve the kinds or makes of voting machines, and no kind or make of voting machine shall be used at any election where voting machines are authorized to be used unless and until it shall have been approved by the secretary of state and a statement thereof is filed in the office of the secretary of state.
