2006 Kansas Code - 23-4,137

      23-4,137.   Application of law of state where absent parent derives income, when. Except with respect to when withholding must be implemented, which is controlled by the law of the state where the support order was originally issued, the law and procedures of the state in which the absent parent derives income shall apply.
