23-4,136. Voluntary withholding. Any person who is the obligor under a support order of another jurisdiction may obtain voluntary income withholding by filing with the court a request for an income withholding order and a certified copy of the support order of the other jurisdiction. The court shall issue an income withholding order, as provided in subsection (i) of K.S.A. 23-4,107 and amendments thereto, which shall be honored by any payor regardless of whether there is an arrearage.
