23-4,133. Withholding order; when effective; effect of order; notice; payor's duties. The provisions of K.S.A. 23-4,107 and 23-4,108 and amendments thereto, including the notice to the payor, penalties and sanctions against noncomplying payors, payor fees, protection against payor retaliation, payment directions and ability to issue a single check, apply to income withholding based on a support order of another jurisdiction entered under K.S.A. 23-4,129 and amendments thereto.
