2006 Kansas Code - 22-4911

      22-4911.   Cause of action; not created. Nothing in the Kansas offender registration act shall create a cause of action against the state or an employee of the state acting within the scope of the employee's employment as a result of requiring an offender to register or an offender's failure to register.
