2006 Kansas Code - 22-4903

      22-4903.   Penalties. Any person who is required to register as provided in this act who violates any of the provisions of this act, including all duties set out in K.S.A. 22-4904 through K.S.A. 22-4907, and amendments thereto, is guilty of a severity level 10, nonperson felony.
