2006 Kansas Code - 21-3829

      21-3829.   Aggravated interference with the conduct of public business. Aggravated interference with the conduct of public business is interference with the conduct of public business as defined in K.S.A. 21-3828, when in possession of any firearm or weapon as described in K.S.A. 21-4201 and amendments thereto.

      Aggravated interference with the conduct of public business is a severity level 6, person felony.
