2006 Kansas Code - 21-3758

      21-3758.   Certificate of titles; failure to show complete chain of title; penalty. (a) It shall be unlawful to transfer ownership to any vehicle, manufactured home or mobile home and fail to show oneself on the transferred certificate of title.

      (b)   Violation of subsection (a) is a class C misdemeanor.
