2006 Kansas Code - 20-3111

      20-3111.   Bar docket. The clerk of the district court in each county of this state may print and distribute bar dockets to the members of the bar of the county at least 10 days prior to the commencement of any regular term of the district court in the county. The cost of the printing and distributing shall be paid by the board of county commissioners of the county out of the general fund.
