2006 Kansas Code - 2-2471

      2-2471.   Rule and regulation authority to the secretary to limit pesticide use. Notwithstanding the provisions of K.S.A. 2-2470, whenever the secretary deems it necessary to preserve the health, safety and welfare or the natural resources of the state, the secretary is hereby authorized to promulgate rules and regulations imposing limitations on the use of any pesticide in a manner inconsistent with its label or labeling.
