2006 Kansas Code - 19-26,103

      19-26,103.   Wyandotte county land bank; definitions. As used in K.S.A. 2005 Supp. 19-26,103 through 19-26,113:

      (a)   "County" means Wyandotte county, Kansas.

      (b)   "Board" means the board of trustees of the Wyandotte county land bank.

      (c)   "Bank" means the Wyandotte county land bank established pursuant to this act.
