2006 Kansas Code - 19-1416
19-1416. Oath before commencing road survey. That it shall not be necessary for the county surveyor to take an oath or affirmation before commencing his duties to survey roads, except as is provided by law, when he takes his oath of office, as is provided in Laws of 1913, chapter 157, section 1 [19-1401].
