2006 Kansas Code - 19-812b

      19-812b.   Neosho county; duties of sheriff. The sheriff of Neosho county, Kansas, either by himself or deputy, shall attend all terms of the district court held in Neosho county, Kansas, and shall serve all process, execute all orders issued therefrom, returning the same to the place from which they were issued.
