2006 Kansas Code - 19-4901

      19-4901.   Definition. As used in K.S.A. 2005 Supp. 19-4901 to 19-4907, inclusive, and amendments thereto, "board" or "board of county commissioners" means the board of county commissioners of Johnson county or the board of county commissioners of Labette county.
