2006 Kansas Code - 19-4005

      19-4005.   Same; charges for services. Said governing board may establish a schedule of charges for services to persons using said community mental health center, and/or mental retardation facilities, but no person shall be denied the services of said mental health center and/or facilities for the mentally retarded because of inability to pay for the same.
