16a-6-117. Rules and regulations; truth in lending. The administrator shall adopt rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions and terms of the uniform consumer credit code which are consistent with or no less restrictive than the truth-in-lending act, which is contained in title I of the consumer credit protection act, 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq. and regulation Z, 12 C.F.R. § 226 et seq., as amended.
