2006 Kansas Code - 13-13a32

      13-13a32.   Exception to payment of out-district tuition to community college; residency in county with municipal university; inapplicability, when. (a) Subject to the provisions of subsection (b), no out-district tuition shall be charged to or paid by any county in which there is located a municipal university for any student attending a community college whose residence outside the community college district is in a county in which there is located a municipal university.

      (b)   The provisions of subsection (a) shall not apply to any such out-district student when the course of study or program which the student selects, or a course of study or program which is substantially equivalent thereto, is not offered in the municipal university which is located in the county in which such student resides.

      (c)   The provisions of this section shall expire on June 30, 2006.
