2006 Kansas Code - 12-5329

      12-5329.   Annual report by secretary. The secretary shall prepare an annual report describing how the state has met the goals and objectives for the previous year as identified in the intended use plan prepared under K.S.A. 2005 Supp. 12-5327, and amendments thereto. Such report shall include information concerning the progress toward implementation of federal phase II enhanced 911 requirements pursuant to 47 C.F.R. 20.18. The secretary shall provide such report to the governor and the legislature.
