      12-1036g.   Same; application of laws to cities adopting act; city attorney, clerk, police judge. The governing body and the city manager of a city adopting this act shall be governed by the provisions of K.S.A. 12-1009 to 12-1014, both sections inclusive, and any amendments thereto, and K.S.A. 12-1015, and any amendments thereto, in the organization and administration of such city, except that the governing body may by ordinance provide that the governing body shall appoint either or all of the following city officers: City attorney, city clerk, and city police judge, to hold office at the pleasure of the governing body.
