2006 Kansas Code - 12-1005j

      12-1005j.   Same; petition, heading. Each page of a petition requesting the submission of a question hereunder shall be headed, "Petition to the board of commissioners of the city of ______________, Kansas, to increase the number of city commissioners from three (3) to five (5)."
