2006 Kansas Code - 12-1005h

      12-1005h.   Same; submission of question to electors. Before the governing body of the city shall be increased to five (5) members, the question "Shall the number of city commissioners of the city ______________ be increased from three to five?" shall be submitted to the qualified electors of the city in the manner provided by K.S.A. 12-184. If a majority of those voting on the question vote "Yes" the governing body of the city shall consist of five (5) commissioners and such increase in the number of commissioners shall become effective as provided in K.S.A. 12-1005k.
