2006 Kansas Code - 12-1005g
12-1005g. Increasing number of commissioners in commission-manager cities over 8,000. Any city operating under the commission-manager form of government having a population of eight thousand (8,000) or more and having three (3) commissioners may increase the number of commissioners to five (5) in the manner provided by this act.
