2006 Kansas Code - 12-1005b

      12-1005b.   Same; cities hereafter adopting city-manager form. Cities of the second class in excess of eight thousand population, hereafter adopting the city-manager plan of government, shall select commissioners at the first regular city election after the adoption of said city-manager plan in the manner as provided for the selection of commissioners in the year 1925, and for the further election of city commissioners at the second regular city election after the adoption of said city-manager plan in the same manner as provided for year 1927, and also at the regular city elections thereafter, as provided in K.S.A. 12-1005a.
