2006 Kansas Code - 12-1002

      12-1002.   Same; how powers exercised. All powers now exercised by cities of the first, second and third classes, respectively, or which shall hereafter be conferred upon them, shall be exercised by the governing board herein provided for, insofar as they do not conflict with the provisions of this act, creating the office of city manager.
