182.7 Notice of election for membership positions.

1. Notice of the initial election for membership positions on the board shall be given by the secretary by publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the state at least five days prior to the date of the election and in any other reasonable manner as determined by the secretary. The notice shall set forth the period of time for voting, voting places, and other information as the secretary deems necessary.

2. Notice of a subsequent election for a membership position on the board shall be given by the board by publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the state and in any other reasonable manner established by the board. The notice shall set forth the period of time for voting, voting places, and other information as the board deems necessary.
